Every drainage system must incorporate cleanout fittings and covers at various points to allow for rodding and or snaking the entire system. Cleanouts and cleanout covers are simply drain pipe fittings that can be opened and closed, allowing an entrance point into the drainage system for drain cleaning, clearing blockages or camera inspections.
